I'll try not to blow it all on junk bonds, yarn and dvd's...In fact, this might be the Sensible Get-through-the-winter-paycheck, where I buy lots of things like licorice tea and echinacea and warm tights and extra socks. I always find it hard fighting the Minnesotan Hibernating and Nesting instinct...My friend's ask,"Are you done knitting the apartment cosy?" and I just grin, shake my head and reply, "Not yet....but soon!"
I have rice crackers and green tea cakes in my backpack to go with whatever lunch I order today. Thanks, United Noodle! You want them, I can tell. You covet my green tea cakes, oh yes you do. You and your hungry, grabby little hands, yearning, grumbling,"why does SHE have cake and I have none? she is a mean Maus!" I can feel it!! I feel the jealousy!!!
