No, nothing new on the job front, though I am looking. And looking. And looking...

Nooo, I just had a really nice evening. And morning. And even though the construction guys are doing something seriously weird outside, it won't bother me too much because it is...payday. The good payday. Mmmm, payday is gooooood...I can buy food and comics and knitting books and clothing and whatnot. This makes me happy happy happy...there's just a nice feeling looking into a big paper bag full of good food and reading material.

I was on the phone with a few people last night; including Peter, an ex-boyfriend I'm still on okay terms with. He's in South Dakota right now, getting ready for Basic before he gets shipped to Iraq. It's still such a chilling, chilling thought. I reaaaaaaaally hope Peter makes it home in one piece...

But even with those sobering thoughts....I'm happy. I'm hoping I can stretch the happy out for a while here at the Inferno; use it as a buffer for any funny stuff today. Mmmm, happy....

Could just be something in the air...the pollution's been really high in downtown lately. Could be lack of oxygen:)
