msfledermausHayyp St. Patrick's day, everybody!!
I'm *still* on call...I know last week the jury system let the remaining jurors off the hook on Thursday evening...which means that since I wouldn't be able to get someone scheduled or un-scheduled in time I would have an extra day of goofing if that happened. or I might be on call to the bitter end. Or I might get called at the last minute and have to sit. Or aliens would come and fry my brains. Wait, I think that already happened...8squish squish* do my brians look crispier than usual? do they? Hah?
meanwhile...my fridge is once again, brutally bare...Brtutally. Let's see...a half-carton of milk, some eggs I really oughtta throw out,an onion, a nearly empty jar of salsa, and a shelf of condiments. Looks like the narrator's fridge in Fight Club. De-pressing. Methinks I should go shopping later, maybe hit some of the Asian grocery stores on Nicollet for dumplings and whatnot. mmm, dumplings...I could eat me summa them dumplings...
Not that I'm not eating well or anything...I went out with some friends to Cinema Cafe and watched The Incredibles with dinner. (Not a bad movie at all; I was really suprised:) it's good to have dinner and a movie all wrapped up in one package. I kinda wish we had more of that sort of thing around. Didn't hurt that they had really good french fries:)
