...i'm just killing a little time on break--I'm at workies, walking around and around and around...
It's kind of relaxing on a rainy day, really. I'm back up in the top galleries today, away from all the pretty stuff on the other floor. *siiigh* At least I get some really good windows to cruise by and check out the weather while I'm working. I've got snooty white tea and knitting and Elvis and Me to read if I need to kill some brain cells quick...

Last night I went to a sitar concert with a friend who plays the thing...I'd never been to a sitar concert, so it was definitely educational. I got to meet some very talented people, and got a quick crash course on some classic Indian drum beats while listening to the night's ragas. Coooooool...
Just the thing after a long day of chasing teenagers and whatnot:)

My new job is security for an art museum; soemthing I used to do for years.
(It's been awhile since I've been On the Floor, guarding things--I used to work the Inferno's control desk before getting the Mailroom Monkey job there which made me so unhappy.)
I walk around protecting art from all humanity:) Okay, it just feels like all of humanity...
