I'm still full from last night...

...I had kind of a food-heavy weekend this last one. Some friends and I made pierogies. Lots and lots of pierogies. And we ate them. Boy did we ever eat them. And then I went unconscious on the couch for 2 hours. And then we went to dinner with The Pink Satan, who made us her famous shrimp pie...I have some with me for lunch, which may be when I'll have even the faintest glimmer of hunger again. Did I mention the Pink Satan made some fabulous brownie-thing with gourmet chocolate sauce and some kind of deleriously good chocolatey gelato? You see why we call her the Pink Satan now, don't you? EEEeeeeeevil....she's eeeeeeevil...all I have to do to keep the nummies coming is to knit for her...and knit for her...possibly for all eternity:)


I also thought my ikon needed some serious updating--my old picture was about 4 years old. Jeepers.
In fact, since I have various digital piccie-taking devices and got shown around the paid-up LJ photo-filer, I'm running out of excuses to take more pictures, really. Except for fighting my stubborn Bitter Luddite streak. I'm really glad everyone liked my gauntlet pictures; that makes me feel good. Heh...

So there you are.
