...I haven't been checking in as much these last couple of days since my schedule's been changed. Instead I've been holed up in my apartment spinning wool and watching movies, venturing out only for snackitudes and Knitting Night. Bad Maus. Bad, bad Maus. I really should make more of an effort to check in. I got scolded pretty good for it last night, since I missed a fistful of e-mails about who could and couldn't come to Knitting Night. D'ohhhhhhhh...

I should call a nice long list of people, too. It's really not good of me to do the reclusive thing. Even though there's still snow on the ground, and rumors of more on the way. It's not excuse, nope nope...

Devonne got an infection in her eye and had to go to the ER for morphine and antibiotics.

Uncle Russell passed away on Saturday.

The pathology report came back on Escher's eye. She has malignant melanoma which has most likely spread to the connecting tissue despite her eye being removed. We don't know how long she will live, but for now she is not sick. Could be as long as another three years, or maybe less than one. We'll see.

Other than that, things are ok.

I caught the parts about Devonne and your uncle... I think it was before I had a couple of days off. I'm so sorry things have gotten so bad there:((((
