Watching: My cow-irker Patrice run around with a bottle of champagne. Apparently it's for someone's last day? Sadly we don't get to drink it:(

Eating: Toasted PB sandwich with honey. Mmmf...

Drinking: Water, or I'd never get my tongue unstuck from all the peanut butter.

Reading: "Cabal" by Clive Barker. For some reason I really want to watch "Nightbreed" again.

Thinking: "What the HELL'S going on with the news?!? The morning paper's got a toddler killed by a teenager, then last week a puppy beaten to death by 6 and 8 year olds. What's gotten into people lately?!?"

Hoping: My day goes swiftly so my Weekend Off will be here all the faster, with all it's non-working freshness...

Thinking: "What the HELL'S going on with the news?!? The morning paper's got a toddler killed by a teenager, then last week a puppy beaten to death by 6 and 8 year olds. What's gotten into people lately?!?"

Last week, in 85 degree temps, some 16 year old kid left his black lab locked in his car and 'forgot' about him. The dog died.

I personally think that something similar should be done to the kid. Like, maybe, put him in an oven, turn it up, and not give him any water.

I'm sorry you didn't get any champagne, and please enjoy your weekend off.
