Well, the wedding I went to yesterday WAS a lovely party. The bride was radiant, the groom looked stunned and happy, the guests had a great time and we were all amused by the interpretive dance moves of the groom's tiny nephews. Weddings are good things.

Anyway, it's Labor Day and I don't have to work. But I wouldn't have to work anyway. This just means I have other people I can share my lovely day off with for a change who don't have horrible busy schedules. So, what are we gonna do? Ummmmmmmm........

Dunno. But there's green curry makings in the house. I can call Ben the Neighbor and see if he might like to help me eat some of it. I can rub the bellies of several cute cats. I can chase the chickens perhaps. Or they can chase me. The the geese would chase me. And the ducks. Terrorized by poutlry--film at 11. (Actually, Ben the neighbor's sounds like a good idea, minus the being chased by poultry bit.)

And yeah, I am feeling a bit better about surgical things lately. I just needed more downtime to process some of this stuff. *starts giggling because a friend is making silly comments* It helps to have good support...and it's amazing the support that's been coming out of the wooodwork lately. I feel very loved:)


Now the big question: Should I make a big cake for no good reason, or several cupcakes for no good reason? Mmmmmmmm, cupcake!!! CUPCAAAAAKE!!!

If you mad cup cakes you could put different letters of the alphabet on each one. When they were all done, you could make different words with them and see which words tasted the most delicious.
