Dear Mr. Sanmdy-clawz:

I have been an awfully good Maus this year--there's been all kinds of stuff that was awful and unhappy I had to do and didn't wanna that I Did Anyway, and lots of bad tempting eeeeevil things that I Didn't Do, even though I wanted to Really Badly. I think this deserves something good, personally. (Uhhhh....please?)

Anyway, I thought it would be a good idea to write a list of things I would like for ChristmasHannukahKwanzaaYule. I know most of my wishes get brutally ignored due to scarcity of stock. (That "peace" thing I keep asking for--it's just not on the shelves lately, huh?) But I think this year if you tried for at least one item it would really make me a better Maus next year. Really it would. I wouldn't stick peanut butter on anything that didn't need it, honest.

One (1) Big Old Victorian house, with bay windows and a turret on the side. Could be Queen Anne architecture; I'm not picky. The more Addams-Family like, the better. Or:

Howl's Moving Castle. Not just the movie--the actual castle. I realize it'll need some serious cleaning...

Enough Lush bath goop to stock a swimming pool.

A large indoor swimming pool for all the Lush bath goop. A biggish bot tub is acceptable.

One (1) Trip to Hawaii. That's even better than a swimming pool.

A Great deal of Dark chocolate. It's er, medicinal.

Enough yarn to make either a bazillion little gutmonsters or finally finish my Apartment cosy.
(I'm already halfway there.)

Time. I want some time to work on things. I know Hogwarts doesn't give out those time-turner things anymore, but maybe there's just one left?...

Peace. I know I keep asking, and you just shrug your shoulders and look sadly back at the screen, but it never hurts to keep on asking anyway...

I'm sure there's more stocking-stufferish stuff you can add that I didn't cover, but those are the important ones. The Bailey's and milk and the orange sugar cookies will be in the same place as last year, I promise.

Love, Ms Maus, a Very Good Girl Indeed...

I suggest you amend your request to Mr. Sanmdy-clawz to include a means of power for the castle other than engaging in a double-whammy cursed agreement with a fallen shooting star. After all, the Moving Castle kind of looks like crap and it's main value being is its ability to move, magical doors and so forth.

Dear Ms Maus

Although you have indeed been a Very Good Girl, I am sad to inform you that even though my pack expands magically I cannot possible fit a Victorian House AND a swimming pool AND Howl's Castle in it.

Believe me, I am working on the Peace thing. It's scarce, and every year it seems more and more people ask for it. Should I locate some, be assured you are on my list for a Very Large Portion.

Yr obedient servant,
Sanmdy-ClawZ
Esq.

Awww, but the fallen shooting star was the best part...and I kind of like that industrialized stylish crappiness...

*grumble*
maybe I can put the victorian house on the moving castle--style AND transportability...whaddaya think? I can power it with hamsters on little wheels.....a LOT of hamsters on wheels...

Ah, but the shooting star curse would involve losing your heart :-(
