Otherwise, being a productive creature. I did some union steward stuff this morning in a discipline case.(It wasn't me, alright? That paper fire in my boss's office had nothing to do with me, see? Nothing!) Now I'm having Second Breakfast and catching up on things. I've also been going down a laundry list in my head of what to pack for my trip. Swimsuit? check. Knitting project? Check. Surf shoes? Check. Schultz the sock-monkey? Er....maybe not so much. (I'm gonna hear about that now, I know...I'll bring him a tiki to make up for it.) I'll be checking my suitcase veeeeeery carefully for any stragglers who get funny ideas and try to hitch a free ride. To deter all would-be people smuggling, lemme say this: My suitcase is very small. It is too small for you. You will be cramped and miserable and definitely will have socks and Lush bath products in your face the entire time. It is a long flight, and you will be laughed at by all the airport people when they find your immensely cramped, sock-laden and sweet-smelling self...
But that's still a little over a week away...I think I can tough out the cold until then.
