I gotta relax more on my off-time...today I was pretty productive, but I'm tired from it all. Even with a nap after lunch. I blame the heat. Meanwhile, I'm trying to take it easy for a bit and play on the computer...
I need to see what I can do about talking my boss The Thunder God into giving me a weekend day off on my schedule. This is getting to be harder and harder as time goes by, and it's cutting into my home life and relationships. I could go through the usual methods--bribery, hypnosis, threats, assault...but I suppose the nice reminder not should come first, eh? I can write one tomorrow when I go to my monthly Union-meetup with management. That alone is gonna be fairly, er, interesting:/
I should cheer myself up by thinking of the positives. My home is a good one now. (Okay, the tub needs resurfacing. Grrrr. Nono, positive, positive!) I'm not being laid off, I have good friends and loved ones, I'm in much better health than this time last year. I get to redecorate my little glitter-obsessive heart out at home. There's good stuff on Youtube that makes me shriek with delight. It's all good, and if it isn't, it's either fixable or adaptable over time. Nothing is an emergency...
And I saw the last episodes of Metalocalypse. How much do I adore Mark Hamill for being one of the voice actors?!?
Mark Hamill, you're my hero...espcially for doing the bit with the Rock Clown screaming, 'I do COCAIIIIINNNE!!!!" over and over. I'm already having rock n' roll-clown nightmares because of that show:)

Haha, yeah. Let's put it this way though: I'm sure he'd do a perfect Rock Clown voice, too, if they were to let him. ;)
