A cow-irker of mine got mugged in Stevens. She's got some pretty good scrapes on her legs and messed up her foot and her hand from trying to get the guy off her and her purse. (which was wrapped around her, thus the scrapes--the guy dragged her for a bit while she was yelling, "It's around my chest!! It's around my chest!") We're all just grateful she didn't get hurt worse by the dickweed who did it...
We keep having to chase docents out of the new stuff going up. They keep on freaking out at us when we have to do it. Meh.
The weather has gotten really nice. I've been enjoying just sitting on the couch and watching the river through the apple tree out the window...with knitting. It's cool enough to knit for a little while:)
Captain Emily is coming over for dinner tonight, so I need to stop off and get some nummies to nibble, so we can nibble some nummies. I'm going to see if Ben and Peaty can come for a bowlfull of curry too. Emily hasn't seen my new place yet, so I hope she will be happily astounded by it's sheer awesomeness...Her skull sculptures are all centrally located now...hehhehheh...
I keep losing writing utensils. Where the heck do the pens go? I suspect nefarious forces stealing into my pen pocket when I'm not looking and sneaking them out, possibly to be eaten. Or I just lose them. I suspect the former...
Now I must go steal someone else's pens to replace the missing ones...and the mad cycle continues, until the Pen-eaters eat that one too...
