It's dark and cold and there's freakin' snow on the ground again...*grump grump grump*

Happily, I don't have to go to work today, and I plan to spend the morning with the spinning wheel and lots of Ministry and KMFDM to make the wheel go very very fast. I've got another skein sitting jauntily on my coffee table, all browns and blacks and blues with a bit of angora and alpaca thrown in for the softness. I spent some time cleaning this morning too, so I could relax without the spectres of evil dustbunnies hiding under furniture taunting me with their squeaky little dusty voices.

I still kind of enjoy sweeping and dusting the new Maushaus, even though there's more room to sweep and more corners to dust. Mine, mine mine!!! *Hugs a doorframe*

now, that sounds like a good thing to do - both the cleaning part and the spinning part. the way you describe it, it almost sounds like a meditation.

I too love my 'new' abode. Even though the water came through the ceiling twice this winter.

They squeak to themselves when they think you're not listening...I just have excellent bat-hearing, so I can tell when they're talking smack about me:)
