Getting through the day...
Apr. 17th, 2008 07:34 amToday's my Friday, so I just have to chug through today and I have a couple of days to rest and get rid of the cold. It's already a pretty nice day, even though I had nightmares all last night. (Mostly about people "fixing" my Maushaus and making everything worse, just like when I lived in 316 On the Park.) Nathan at control gave me his old hardcover copies of the Tale of Genji, so now I can give back the copy I borrowed:) I just have to find something cool as a thank you gift...which is always kind of a fun chore.
You know, now that I think about it, some of my other nightmares involved bits of Genji and also Stephen King's "Christine" which I've been reading at work. Something about a guy in a laquered hat and kimono driving a death car. It's not good to mix genres when you don't feel well;)

Date: 2008-04-17 01:31 pm (UTC)I hope you feel better, and rest up on the weekend. Take a break from fixing up the Maushaus and get outside. The sun is good for you, especially this time of year.

(I'm guessing the answer is "No, foolish Maus, the cat does not fit in a onesy, the tail would give him all away at the airport and whatnot." To which I add: Pshaw, you don't know that; you never tried it yet, have you?)
