I shouldn't whimper. I just had a fabulous vacation. Yesterday I went to the state fair and had dinner in my back yard with friends. Lovely stuff, all of it. So it's only fair I go back to paying the bills today. At least I can get caught up in all the gossip I missed while I was gone.
And our Union contract sounds like it's finished it's voting...so it's such a great relief to have that over and done. I think I could round up the other members of the bargaining committee and maybe get a pizza together or something, just to celebrate that our hard work paid off.

Did I mention I was entranced by the bunny section of the state fair? Erin and I had a great time petting bunnies through the cages, and discussing which ones were the fluffiest and cutest.
I know some day I'm gonna have to cave in and get a bunny. One bunny. Not six, not twelve, no matter what Peaty tries to wheedle me into. One. Bunny...I have a friend behind me insisting that I should get two bunnies, so they won't get lonely, and then if you have two you might as well have three. I may have to find the duct-tape. *shakes little fist in mock outrage*

So, to sum up:

1: Monkey suit time again. Hmph.
2: I like rabbits.

*stifles giggling*

Bunnies are extremely territorial and very hard to bond. You would be much better off with one bunny. Or no bunnies, really. They eat their own poo.

There's also the other problem with bunnies...if you get two, soon you have a dozen, whether you want them or not:)
