msfledermausHumph. I woke up late, to the sound of heavy, heavy rain...
The umbrella I brought was a good one, but not much use when the rain is almost horizontal. I'm still drying out a bit. The worst bit was coming to work and finding a kitty sitting on our staff entrance, wet and annoyed. He's been around for a couple of weeks, and his tag reads Yoyo Meow. There's also a yellow tag on his collar saying, "I am loved and fed. Pet me, but don't feed me." I don't know about you, but leaving your cat out in the rain doesn't count as loved to me. I know, I know, cats don't come when called and often stay outside when you want them to come *in*, but still...I petted him for about five minutes, while he insisted that he'd like to come in, plzthks. At least when I left he was in a protected by that wasn't *too* wet...
