msfledermausI wasn't on much this weekend, it was kind of full. I had the Scraggits over for a while, and caught up on all their news. Ben and Peaty came by and Peaty informed me that for a month he'd have an angora bunny over as a loaner for a class he was teaching. *sigh* I love bunnies. All my friends tease me about getting a bunny. I'm not really home enough for a bunny...but I want one. *knocks head onto coffee table a few times.*
Anyway, after a rapturous day of going to the Fiber Fair and ogling lots of sheepy stuff, I visited the Pink Satan with Matt in the hospital...seemed she had a leg swelling up mysteriously, so she's staying the night, looped on Benadryl and who knows what. Poor thing. She seemed much cheered by the company, though she tired easily...I hope she gets well quickly and they figure out whatever the heck is wrong with her leg:(
When I finally got home, Peaty had his new houseguest over...his name is Alfred. Peaty insists on calling him Alfredo since he's such a creamy white color. He's a big fluffy marshmallow of a bunny with pink eyes, and Peaty and I had the best time ever brushing him and collecting his marshmallow-y fur to spin with later. It's awful, I went from Mature to Baby Talk in 5 seconds of holding the fluffy, fluffy animal...*sighs* There will be blackmail pictures, I guarantee it...In fact you can look right here...
So there you are, and I have lots of white bunny hairs all over my black clothes to prove it:)
