Soon...soon all that snow will be gone, and I can plant stuff. and I can sit out on the patio furniture with a cup of tea and a drop-spindle, and watch the river go by. And the Neighbor Boys can come over, and Matt and Erin can drop by, and we can all enjoy the warmth and quiet...

keep dreaming, Maus! The snow WILL be gone, soon but not yet. You can see it in the length of the days, and how bright the sun is and how, even on cold days it melts some of the snow.
