This morning I'm just trying to relax a bit...this last week was hard, and I could use some easy time. Of course this means that I've thought of some new projects to try out, and I've got a sweater that's tantalizingly near to the finish. Humph...

But if things go the way we're all hoping at work, I'll have an extra week off in May, to help some other cow-irkers out. (Basically it would be a short furlough, but I've looked at my financial stuff and I can afford it. A lot of people can't, so I volunteered.) I can use the time to do some of the bigger stuff I've been jotting down in my work notebooks. I can do some work on the Maushaus, some wool-dying maybe. I want to finish a painted mixed-media piece I've been working on forever. I can spin a lot of yarn. I can knit cool things. I can take walks around the island and do stuff in the garden. It really wouldn't be bad at all...

Anyway, to sum up: I could be doing a lot more houseworky stuff today. and I will take out the garbage and clean the Bunneh Cage. But after that...I'm goofing off. And it's gonna be awesome...
