More fun with Shamu, the Littlest Orca...
Nov. 9th, 2009 08:40 pmHumph. At first Shamu the Bunneh didn't want to come out of the cage. I had to pick him up and cuddle him for a moment, then set him on the couch.
Now, after a solid hour of pets and cooing, he's dashing to and fro, nudging my ankles and doing the bunny-dance of glee. This is good...
Except now I have to go to bed, and the Wee Orca isn't tired. Nope, nope, not tired at all. It'll take me forever to herd him back to his cage, with him playing coy little "I don't WANNA go home!" games with me. You think having a bunny is all fluff and kibbles? Well, you're wrong, I say! Wrong!
Okay, most of it actually is fluff and kibbles, but I'm sleepy and Shamu is frolicking around my coffeetable. I mustn't let the cuteness win...
