The freeziness is really freezy...

I'm home from the Jade Mines, and it's so very, very freezy out there. On the way home I saw a bunch of kids sledding on the hill by the train-bridge. I'd love to grab some friends and join them, if it wasn't so miserably cold...

So instead I've got a big pot of green curry bubbling on the stove. That will definitely bring me back to warm:) And am I ever, ever glad I covered the draftier windows with some plastic--big, big difference, I tellya! I am a cosier, cosier Maus...

And after supper, I'll do other cosy things like bunneh-petting and spinning some very nice wool-angora mix I carded up the other day. This isn't a bad recipe for an evening:)

Mmmm curry. I need recipes for quick or at least easy curries. The ones I have are delightful but really omg elaborate, so they don't get made too often. :(

I think I've acclimated to the freeziness after having these last several days of it. I went out roaming around this afternoon and though 'well this is fine, isn't it?'. hmmf.

It's about 89 degrees in my apartment, though, so I might just be so off I can't tell what is going on out there ...

I'll have to share some of my emergency curry recipes with you...in a pinch, Golden curry is good stuff, and can be mixed with just about anything. (It reminds me of staying in Japan for two weeks...mmm!)

I seem to be acclimating too, or is it the five hundred layers of clothing I'm wearing? I just can't tell anymore.
