I've been having trouble sleeping on the nights that I have to get up early. Usually it's not a problem--I drift off, and wake up at 5:30 without an alarm. Lately that hasn't been the case. I've been waking up at midnight, at two, at three, at four thirty. Or sleeping until nearly six, like last week. Maybe my inner alarm-clock is broken or something, and I need to use a real one. Gods, I hate alarm clocks...
