Ouch...

I took a digger outside on the way home, wiped out and bruised my knee. Ow. Quit it. Ow. Quit it...

At least the nice Terrier Lady from down the block helped me up and made sure I was okay to walk home. Now I'm icing it, and thinking about calling off work if it hurts enough. I lucked out, though, really I did--I fell on my work bag, which was stuffed with laundry. Everybody else I know has broken legs, collarbones, arms, etcetra. I'll be grateful to get away with some bruising and a scraped knee...

So, taking it very easy tonight. *pokes leg gingerly*

Ow ow! Don't go to work if you have any trepidations about it .. it's not worth any kind of aggravation if you can take a day and take care of it! This is the voice of experience talking.

I caved and made the call last night...turned out to be a good thing, because it's ouchy when I hobble around the Maushaus...a whole day of stalking the galleries would be a baaaaad idea...
