I am being teased a little by a couple of my cow-irkers. I am layered. Very, very layered. Not unlike that poor kid from "A Christmas Story"--the one that can't put his arms down. I just tell them that not only am I toasty warm, but if I get clobbered by a snowplow or something, I'm so padded I probably wouldn't feel a thing. I do believe they're secretly jealous...

There was a very nice little birthday dinner for Matthew last night...lots of warming food and cheerful warm walls to counter all that horrible freeziness outside. one more Happy Birthday for you, Matt, and stay warm while on your travels...

Me, I plan to put up the Gothmas tree tonight.I have new voodoo dolls and an extra garland to put on this year--it's black with little skulls here and there. When it's up, I will gleefully take pictures and dance like an evil hippie around my festive monstrosity...
