Tiki delivery!

msfledermausJust as I got home today I got a text message from The Pink Satan, telling me she had beautiful tiki glasses for me, scavenged from her mother. I told her I would be delighted to see her, and soon enough she and Nick came in for hugs and for a warm-up from the inhospitable Outside...
She and Nick sorted through the various glasses they'd brought in a big cardboard box, but hey--no tiki! So after a little searching, Nick found them in the car and specifically not in the tiki-less box. But hey, they were actually kind of cool glasses! So now I have them jauntily sitting in my Tiki-shelf in the kitchen...
As for my dear friends who deliver Tiki things? I awarded Liz with a big sequined devil-hat, with a widow's peak and huge stuffed horns. Nick was horrified. Liz was gleeful. It amused me mightily...
