Reincarnation...

....sometimes I feel like I can reach out a little and feel whatever life I had before this one.
I'm almost certain it wasn't a human one. It felt canine. Like a wild dog or a fox or a coyote.

Sometimes even now I don't feel entirely human. Like I'm competing with other instincts. (Of course over time I've found that's a very human feeling.)

Take this whole thing any way it makes sense to you...but what would you say if you didn't have a human tongue to say it with?

I don't know, but it wasn't big enough to be a wolf. I felt smaller, somehow. and there wasn't a pack structure or anything. I just felt...furry. With small paws and a tail.

this time it's different than any other time I've experienced it. It's really calm. Natural. Which in itself is a little unnerving. and exciting.
