The clam...the horrible, horrible claaaaam...

Sorry it's taken a while for me to get back here after my birthday...but I gotta tell you, it was awesome. I had great people over, and wonderful food, and to top it off we had an Elvis marathon on tv to keep us all distracted. The line for the night?As we were watching, "Clambake"...
--Strange comb-over guy on tv: "What's that stuff, Elvis?
--Elvis: "It's my own invention, I call it Goop."
--Erin: "Yeah, it's made from fresh clam squeezin's I squoze from clams."

For the rest of the night, we made up new exciting ways of using clam squeezin's--from hair gel to lip gloss to things you really don't want to hear about ever.


But to sum up: Wonderful, wonderful birthday. I didn't even mind getting older if it comes with birthday parties like this:)

Fresh squoze orange juice is usually better than fresh squoze clam juice. I never quite "got" the concept of Clamato Juice.
