Batten down the chicken-hatches!

This morning I saw this huge, beautiful fox running across the little field just past the houses on the Island. He may have been running away from the neighbor's chicken coop...I'm not too worried, since there's some pretty good chicken wire up to protect them from predators, but foxes are smart and determined.

But I really loved seeing him. He was so beautiful...
