A balcony full of Gah!

msfledermausIn between my balcony door and the screen-door to the balcony I have a small hornet's nest. Yuck.
I found that out when they were squeezing through some gap in the door to get into my kitchen. I killed a few on fourth of July, then taped over the seams of the door with two different kinds of packing and duct tape. Then I called the manager, who is sending me an exterminator this afternoon.
I will be so glad to see the exterminator, because I killed two more hornets in my kitchen this morning. I dunno if they hid from the first purge, or if they found a new way in. I've been going over the kitchen like a madwoman, looking for more, and I haven't found any. I also added extra tape to the balcony door. Gah! Gah Gah Gahhhh! I want the hornets deaaaaaaad!
And this afternoon, they will be. Yes. They will be...
