msfledermausI've been thinking about some serious stuff today. (Which is a trick since I've been doing tons of paperwork, and it kills brain cells like you wouldn't believe.) Nothing I want to go into too heavily right now, but I'd like to address them at some point. Things like our violent culture and how stressed out our society is and such.
An lj friend of mine was talking about a time during and after being raped. The cops, hospital, judges and more than a few friend were less than helpful. I'd like to say it's an abberation, but I can think of half a dozen friends male and female who've been assaulted like that without even trying hard. I personally know one particular bastard who's still on the loose after assaulting the daughters of the woman he was living with. (The heavens help him if anybody he knows catches him in the Cities--because nobody else will, that's certain.) Dammit, it shouldn't have to be this way...(Yes, I know its far more complicated than that, but my human outrage still says it: It doesn't have to be like this. We can fix this. If we want to bad enough.)

Ms Eff, rubbing her hands with delight...oohooh! Would you like a Guardian Amulet? (I use glass eyes, and sculpt clay around them to look like marble or agate or what have you, then thread them on silk for a pendant...very very pretty and loyal as hell;)

If you check down my posts about two weeks ago, I gave Cyn a rock with a big eye staring out of it.*grin* She took a picture. A giant spoily gaudy pendant would be fun...so fun...Meh heh heh..heh heh HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!
