msfledermausToday at work a couple of college girls came up to me with their mom. "Can I ask you a stupid question?" One asked me. "Fire away." I replied. "What country is Egypt in?" I very gently replied, "Egypt is it's own country, it's in the continent of Africa." Her companion snickered a bit and said, "I'm soooo proud to be your sister right now!"
Poor kid. At least she prefaced the whole thing by admitting it was a stupid question. And I did manage to keep the giggling from surfacing until after she and her family was gone...Oh dear...
