msfledermausIt's in City pages, the section and photo of Devora and her dolls. She is very very very cool, and her dolls are wonderful and disturbing. (Different arts writer, probably why the writing was much improved.) She and her arts partner Georgia are having an installation together in September. Too fabulous.
I'm a little jealous. I want a show too!!!
Maybe if I cling to John's pantslegs and howl he'll let me have one. (Or....I could just ask.) It's not good of me to be jealous. There's a perfectly nice exhibit at AZ gallery I'm in opening this Friday. (Yeah, it's whoever wants to be in it,but still...)

Okay, enough of that. I'm just feeling angsty because I'm kind of in-between things art-wise. *Sniff* I'm trying to make bigger stuff, really..*sob* I just want to be loved..and have rich people buy stuff..is that so WRONG?!?! *Blows nose loudly* sorry, sorry, give me a minute here...
Ms Eff. I should be grateful; I'm still working, and so many of my friends are recently unemployed and scared about money. I won't DIE if I don't exhibit. I'm just...

I shouldn't be freaking out, I mean, the owner's grilfriend bought a doll off me and wants a rock with an eyeball on it all her own. (she saw yours, you see.) but...but...ummm...they haven't asked about a full show. I really should just ask next Wednesday, just sidle up and find a sneaky way to ask.
