Overcast and humid, high winds...

I did some errands yesterday, and stopped at Dreamhaven to pick up the latest issue of Meatcake (Dame Darcy comic) and maybe some Neil Gaiman stuff. I ran into my friend Bob, who's now llona'sroommate, and had a nice natter.
He told me that Neil had stopped in about an hour before I did, presumably to browse books. (I guess he's there fairly often.) D'oh!
I did pick up a copy of American Gods, though...I'm halfway through. It's just as fine as I thought it would be.

Gus Lucky's critique is tonight again, so I'm dragging canvases with me to work. The same ones as before. (I'm still not done with the other one.) And I'm picking up a t-shirt tonight fo finish Duchess Webb's package so I can send it this week. An owwie to one is an owwie to all, after all...:)

Actually, *I'm* an embarrasingly fast reader...I'd take it on vacation, that's for sure. It does hook you, though, so it's hard to put down even though it has short stories embedded in the main tale...
