Reminds me of one of my favorite Emo Phillips routines. I can't remember all the words but it goes something like:

Emo was at the psychiatrist office and the doctor has him eat a chocolate bunny. Emo says, "OK doc, this was a test, wasn't it!"
"Yes, if you had eaten the head first, it would have indicated a (something-or-other) complex...the feet first would mean an oedipal complex.."
Emo says, "Go ahead, doc, tell me...what does it mean when you bite out the eyes and scream 'stop staring at me!'..."
"It means you have a tendency toward self destruction."
"What should I do?"
The doc says, "Go for it!"
