Non-exciting homey stuff..

I'm thinking of yummy Vietnamese take-out for dinner...MMM, curried beef would keep me nice and warm today. And spring rolls.

I'm thinking of finishing the skirt for the art-doll I made, and starting another one.

I'm thinking, "Can I avoid having to do laundry tonight?"

I'm thinking of putting in a schlocky movie...like "Legend" (Mia Sara's dresses!!! Tim Curry in Hooves!!! Tom Cruise...well, two out of three isn't bad...)or "Flash Gordon" (Brian Blessed is my ideal maniacal father figure..Go, Brian, Go!!!)

I'm thinking that there's a pressure system coming in...my hands hurt a little, and so does my sinuses. Ow...ow...

I'm thinking of going to bed early...

Hiya!!! I did the lunch buffet at the King and I Thai place downtown (mmmmmm!!!) That's right, I'm back in town at a national conference.

I would ask some LJers to do a happy hour thing, Wednesday, but they are MIA or working bizarre hours... I guess I'll have to be satisfied with wearing the silly hats (not really) and drinking with my fellow geeks at official receptions...

Interesting amalgam of backgrounds and experiences of the people in this aspect of my profession...
