Arty stuff, Thai food...

Gus Lucky's was good last night--while I was in the neighborhood I picked up a t-shirt for Duchess Webb, and people liked my paintings. (Rob's "Jesus sees all" painting was a big hit as well.)
I went out to the King and I with a couple of friends, which was mellower than I thought it would be. I got chance to relax a bit and eat squid...mmm, squid.

More later, getting work stuff out of the way....

I have a schlocky catalog full of Halloween stuff in my hands...skulls and bats and goofy wigs and such...

Halloween is a'comin' soonish...(Okay, not real soonish) And yes, some of the stereotypes of witches can be insulting and degrading, but I appreciate that it's a chance for a part of our culture can cut loose for a while and embrace things they don't accept the other days of the year...

Lunch with UnckiePhill...

UnckiePhillpicked me up at work and we ate pad thai at Sawatdee...He wants me to say hi to everybody; he hasn't been posting much because of getting into the new job and whatnot. We got a chance to hang out and eat spring rolls and talk about work and friends and such. Now he's down in the SuperFlat exhibition ogling the anime babes before he heads on home...
