There's major demolition happening next door...sometimes the floor shakes in here a bit.

For a person with no memory of earthquakes it's a bit unsetlling.

I'm quietly happy...I got the time off I wanted at the end of the month to go visit my regents in beautiful scenic Milwaukee:)

Wearing: Black dressy t-shirt, black skirt, chocolate leggings, black socks. Black maryjane-style docs. Ear cuff. Hair in a tail. Very little makeup. Humidity frizziness.

Drinking: cold water from the cooler. Wishing I had some green tea with lemongrass or that genmaicha I bought that's sitting around at home.

Hoping: that nobody else has copier troubles today, I could use a break.
Hoping for more rain. Heh. I like rain.

Thinking: that I could use another book for my mental health...yeah, that's the ticket.

Contemplating: My friend's list. How did it get to be so big? I feel loved.

Scheming: for ways to sneak out early...they never work. Short of a snowstorm or something.

Craving: Spring rolls and beef in oyster sauce. Tea. A big hug.

Wanting to: finish a piece of art I was working on...dunno if I've got the oomph tonight, I haven't worked on anything in a week or so.
