Thunder, lightning, toads...

I spent most of the weekend resting and and pouring lemon stuff down my throat, but I did go to a neat get-together about an hour out of town. A friend of mine had a coworker who has an Airstream in this beautiful park along with a gaggle of other Airstream trailers. the place was really posh--gazeebos, a swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, clubhouse--the works. We ended up not taking advantage of the swimming pool since it was either pouring rain, thundering, or flickering lightning...but it was an incredible light show. (Especially with some town's fireworks display going off over a hill while we drove--the fireworks would go off, the lightning would answer.)
We did go for a walk around the park when the rain let up, and to our amusement we found tiny toads all over the path, hopping and staring up at us. Our host had the flashlight, and was on "Toad Watch" so we wouldn't squish any of the cute little guys.
Ribbit...
I want an Airstream now. There's something about them that's a little irresistable.

Otherwise, worked some more on the Lopsided Dollhouse, which really isn't so lopsided. Ooh, painting it's gonna be very fun...
