*Blink blink*

Last night was a lot of fun...the Amish Armada was everything I thought they'd be and more. Nothing like watching Amish farmers playing heavy-metal-rockabilly and fighting giant robots and smashing videocameras onstage. We saw lots of great costumes too....Ruby was a maniacal June Cleaver, in apron and little cardboard meat-cleaver. (Cleaver--get it?)
Ben made a fantatic Zorro, Laura was an angel, and I reprised my role as the Fairy Goth-Mother. Fun fun!

And no, I'm not loaded up on candy...or hungover for that matter:P I'm having a nice breakfast, bagels and apples and vanilla tea with milk. So there.

Later on tonight I'm sleeping over at Amphigorey's and should be able to finish the monkey saga...yes, you thought I'd finish it last night...so did I, but I was just so tired I fell into bed after I showered of all the glittery aftermath of my costume. Don't rush monkey writers, kids, you get crummy monkey stories....

I feel bad that I haven't finished the monkey-stuff yet. I meant to wrap it up by halloween. My schedule's been--well, how busy can it BE, I'm on vacation!!!! Arrgh...bad maus, bad bad maus...
