I wonder what kind of train wreck my cow irker left me. I'm wondering because I don't know if I should have some extra caffeine this morning or a big fat sedative when I get to work. I gotta be brave. I gotta be brave....(whimper)

At least I've got the Reverend Horton Heat on the cd player to help me wake up. Rockabilly always makes a Monday better, trust me. Yeehaw!

This week's gonna be rough, I can tell. I should do some mighty mojo-cleaning and laundry and whatnot. I could use a haircut. I see many errands and chores in my future.
Good thing I have some nice Jill Thompson comic books as rewards for good cleaning behavior.

The weather finally feels right to me...

It's really lovely out, kind of cold and blustry.
Theres an extra blanket on my bed that was packed away for months.
I had a hot bath with a heart-shaped rose bath bomb in the hottest water I could stand...and it felt terrific.
It's cool enough to wear the sweater I knitted...and it fits and everything!!!
I can sit for hours and paint and not feel frustrated and sweaty.

And to celebrate, here's a fun fact; Minnesota is one of the greatest apple-producing states in the U.S...but nearly none of the apples leave it's borders. Yes, we eat them all ourselves...
