msfledermausI had a very quiet weekend. (Almost too quiet, in contrast to noisier holidays I've had.) I did go to a really cool little get-together for New Years,though.
(The host had a small theatre in his basement, with film reels and popcorn and everything.)
I seem to have caught a little cold, too. I spent most of yesterday in bed with books, drinking tea and sniffling. (Dunks herbal tea bag laced with echinacea)
I did get all sorts of cool presents from my parents--a combination Christmas-Brithday box, including a new Sumi-e set, (I played with it for hours,trying to *feel* the brushstrokes..it's a very meditative thing.) a Venetian glass quill with matching blue ink, and a digital camera. (I've take 3 photos so far, and am still figuring out all the things it does. *click click*)
So I'm feeling very spoiled. :)
