Hi guys!!!My weekend went interestingly, full of sad and unexpected happy moments. (Tell you all about it tomorrow--right now Brian and I are finishing coffee and computer time in a coffee shop in Stadium Village.) I can tell I'm a true-blue hard-core Minnesotan--I ate coffee ice cream with lunch, and just finished a coffee freezy. (Go ahead, shake your heads, I'm crazed, you all know it!) I really should have something other than coffee today....(Twitch twich tremble)

A favorite dessert of both mine and my mom's (both native Minnesotans) is Haagen Daz coffee ice cream with Kahlua over the top. :)

I think ice cream is one of the best inventions humankind has ever come up with...mmmmm..

and Sebastian Joe's has a discount for how cold it it ouside when ou order:) (all the more reason to buy ice cream there.)

We went out for frozen custard one night when it was sooo cold that we could barely stand to run from the car to the building.
