Wow!

I just saw this big hawk in the garden on the way to work...it was huge!!! All the blackbirds were swooping it, trying to drive it off.

Oh yeah, there was power there...turns out she's a red-tailed hawk, and she's been swooping the rabbits. (good thing, we have a *lot* around, too many really.)

Ah, so she's clearing away all that fluffy bunny vermin in the area. Everybody's got a job to do and a purpose for being.

Yup yup. And the blacknirds don't like her *at all* and she ignores their dive-bombing her. She's a gutsy one, that girl:)
