I'm not looking forward to today much...two coworkers got into a big arguement with me standing right there yesterday. I'm glad one of them's got the day off today, but there's tense energy all over the place and it's really starting to affect me.

But it sounds like I'll be having lunch with Aphonia today if she's in the area...I'm quietly looking forward to it, haven't seen her in a while and it'll be good to catch up.

Weekend plans? Making another coffin purse, I think. Finishing editing some writing, maybe take some goofy pictures. See if Ben's willing to tear my home computer apart if I bribe him with Haagen-daaz. I'm evil like that.

*waves ice cream around even though she knows what's going to happen*

I need to get some foamcore to mount a couple of prints; is Utrechts as expensive as it seems?

Hate it to hear about work tension. Did the two parties in question resolve it or is it still going to be a problem on Tuesday?

On Monday I think...It's going to be a long-term problem. Like the damn place isn't tense enough with *protestors* rallying outside. the Save the Guthrie guys did that yesterday.:P

It's becoming more and more unpleasant to work where I do...:(

They have protestors now ???

Good heavens. Spend five minutes in the place. It's a junk heap. The front facade bears no resemblance to the original design anyway. What's to save?

doh.

I would hazard a guess that the "protestors" have spent precious little time in there ... not backstage, anyhow.

I'll bet the G really hopes you guys get behind them and help with the funding!

Protestors? Here?

I thought the Guthrie was saved or had a positive outlook anyway. Local news had a bit about them and their huge ass new builing design and how they figured they could still probably do it. That's the impression I got.
Unless these folks are so damn attached to the old building.

BTW I revamped my webpage, it's um.. thematic ^^;;;; http://www.pstyle.org

Hmm..Utrech's not too bad, foamcore's just kinda spendy no matter how you slice it.
(heh...slice...foamcore...)

I can price-check, though, I have a Blick catalog at work:)

No lunchies today, my sweet. Blew all my money on hospitals and job hunting. Is Monday good for you? I will have robbed a few more sweet little old ladies by then...

Love ya and miss ya,
A.
