msfledermausSounds like my new apartment owners didn't pay their garbage bill--our dumpsters have been taken away. that's 3 different kinds of illegal!!!
In a month I've gne from living somewhere nice to a slum. Tenants union, here I come.

(We have dumpsters again--new company, not as many. I hear really bad things about the new owner, too. EEk!)
