A full weekend...

I had shopping with my pal Ben, sushi with Fleur and her friends, then the next day more Fleur-fun at the movies and some more sculpting afterward. "Reign of Fire" is interesting, especially if you ever wanted to see London roasted to a crisp by giant flying lizards. And in both the movie and the previews there were really frightening bits that caused Fleur and I to clutch each other and shriek--Especially the preview for the Crop-Circle movie with Mel Gibson in it. EEEEEEEEEK!

I'm looking forward to next week--I (ahem) Took some time off!
Yaaaaaaaaay!!! (Dances the Ed Grimley dance at you) It took weeks of finageling, but I can finagle with the best of 'em.
(Finagle? Yes, Finagle. Not unlike Schpedoinkal. Just humor me, yes?)

It takes a little longer to get to work, but you get accustomed to it.

It was rather difficult for me as it is my ultimate goal in life to live there as I adore the place. I recognized WAY too much ... but in a way I guess that was ... encouraging? I nearly missed the "money shot" of the flying lizard being distracted going "oooooh, Tower Bridge, that's so saaaad ..."

I had to read that a couple of times before I realised that you mean that *you* were distracted by Tower Bridge, not the lizard. 8~)

Suppose that you did live here. Wouldn't that leave a big whole in your life where that ultimate goal used to be?

I found it by going to google and searching for earthcam and, er, where you work. I can see a lovely bit of concrete roof and a pipe. I don't *think* it's an artwork...

we should get together, you me and Laura and work out some band stuff! maybe after 2-for-1's at Lyle's? *evil grin* you know just to get the creative juices flowin' and all that... getting rowdy sure helped me out last time! otherwise i may have fallen asleep on y'all!

i had an ok weekend. not as filled with friends as i would have liked. had a nice date saturday but he really ahs no sense of humor. i'll post the joke he didn't laugh at... it's a doozy!
