Last night was a little rough. Turns out Sam's paintings won't be up for the show because one of the owners objected to them being nudes.
Mine were (for some reason) okay, but I spent some time doing lettering for a front window of the coffee shop to give her time to do some painting on the windows so she'll have work to show...We both talked about our concerns last night, and the night ended on a flat note. Sam, sorry if I was't as supportive as I could have been...I think I was just so tired and annoyed at how they treated you...

The show's opening is still tomorrow--I'm running off after work to buy the treats. Mmmm, treats!

you know what, i'm not going to do anymore windows, besides the two i need to finish up.
i'm not getting paid anything, and i'm flat broke. maybe if i could afford the extra gas in my car, but right now i can't.
i'll still be there tomorrow for the opening- i'm just not going to invite any people down.
if they want to see my work, all they have to do is walk past it. no need to go in and order anything. *evil grin*

Hey, could you use a smallish loan or something? I don't have tons, but I can at least float you a little cash. (It's not like you haven't been driving me all over hither and yon and the land of whatnot, after all.)

*sheepish look* $10 for gas would be appreciated. i'm just bummed that i have to break into my London money to get through til payday...
STA travel has roundtrip tickets to London for $375.... with my next check i could have enough to buy one... then i'd only be saving money for spending...
you can feed me cheese! but i don't like olives. :)
and i'm so going to get out of there as quickly as i can today, try and find someone to get drunk and rave with. preferably someone who can pay for my drinks. like maybe Alex or i could be evil and make Kieran pay. do some manipulation and pouting.
