Otherwise, not much cooking this morning. I accidentally took my work keys home with me--something that NEVER happens...there's a scolding note in my future from Control, for sure. I'm listening to a techno mix with a lot of Plan 9 From Outer Space. (The only thing guarnteed to get me out of bed are songs about aliens and flesh-eating zombies and Tor Johnson. Bow down before the Queen of the Geeks.)

I must admit I think I've gotten thoroughly entranced.. don't be surprised by the occasional new poll answer or comment appearing in the far past of your journal. I started with the first entry and have just this weekend gotten within 1 year of the current day's postings. Almost up to last April now.

They are special.. and I bet many of them would wear FlederMausClub beanies with pride.. and what's even more special is that the street seems to be very much two way. As much as they are members of your fan club, you're a member of theirs as well.

I'm still amazed you waded through all that...some is fun, some is just me noodling around, some is very sad. (Right around Augsut and last September was pretty damn bad, really...)

I've been re-reading some of my posts just a bit since you mentioned...it's nice how LJ helps remind you of everything that was going on right then...neat stuff, eh?

Well, Right now I'm in the middle of May so I haven't gotten to this last August/September yet. I haven't discovered if you're still working at the rhymes with stalker or whether Quest ever delivered your caller ID box. And yes, it's not all happiness and light stuff, I don't know if I would enjoy your journal nearly as much if it was. After all, who is happy all the time? I think the less than perfect times show more of who the Maus and her friends are than the fill in the blank story times, however much fun those stories are.

Yes, it is definitely nice how LJ can serve to be good ways to remind us of those things.
