Last night was about 16 degrees with me running around in it buying beads and sushi...
Today we're getting a little warmer; 20 degrees.

I can hear everyone south of me snickering. I HEAR you, so knock it off, right now!! *shakes finger at you laughing at my chilly state*

Today the big Duchess Webb hat goes on. Toasty warm, that's me! :P
(granted I'd be ever so much toastier if I *ahem* stayed in bed drinking cocoa...but you can't have everything.)

I have the cocoa, but I had to get out of bed to get it, so I drove to work.

You're welcome to visit me here any time to warm up. If you can find a cheap fare and time off, you've got free accomodations!

Oooh, that sounds very nice and warm and inviting:)

Careful what you ask for, all us Minnesotans might take advantage of your hospitality all at once and make you hot-dish to remind you of home:)

What type of beading do you do?

All kinds, really...I can string on wire, leather, really thin beading floss. I can do flat and round Peyote beading, diabolo and sprial weaving, some coldsmithing. (though amphigorey's much better at wirework than I am.) I make the occasional sculptural bead pendant or whatnot from polymer clay, too...

I get paid for pieces occasionally, which is nice. I haven't been marketing aggresively, mostly because I need time to paint and such too.

Hmmm...what sort of sparkly things does Mr. Lorre like? (Besides knives, shiny bottles, the Maltese Falcon...)
