Mmm, hamburger pieeee....

I went down to visit Ben the Neighbor and eat his lovely hamburger-bisquick pie. Mmmm,. pie:)

After deep thought and a bit of consultation with a trusted counselor, (Ben the Neighbor) I decided that this Wednesday's Maus-Birthday par-tay should be held at the downtown Buca Di Beppo, since their food is lovely, you need many people to help eat up the food, and they have tiramisu...my absolutely favorite dessert of all time--so favorite I almost never buy it since it's that special:) 6:00 pm. No presents needed, just your company. (e-mail me if you'd like to attend so I can know in advance how many chairs to ask for.)

As for my vacation so far....it's good.

Nap; check.
Social time with South Park and pie: check.
Clothing for tonights ATPH concert: check.
Cool idea for something interesting to do with my lamp and some leftover beads: Check.

Still needed:
Quick run to corner store for $$.
Some kind of cortizone lotion for my itchy, itchy skin. Arrgh!!!!
Millions of dollars in small unmarked bills...*Looks hopeful*

Yes, Buca di Beppo has the absolute best tiramisu ever!!! Now I must make plans to go and have some! :)

It is...and I've had to share it every single time. I would hate to admit that I've been wanting an entire bowl to myself. Perhaps I should go there one time JUST for dessert.

I work a block away from the one in the Arena District...I should really go sometime soon.

I know, in reality I'm sure I could never do it by myself, but it would be fun trying!!! I haven't been there since May. Entirely too long!!!

I run a mailroom at a local art museum(Your usual nonprof grunt/middle manager job)and paint and sculpt and make jewelry on the side.
I play accordion at people who annoy me. Somethimes I throw marshmallow peeps:)

Marshmallow peeps are fun! I work as a web application developer and childbirth coach and bellycast maker. I don't know how to play the accordion but I wish I knew how to play the wood flute. I have a beautiful one but it split. :( Supposedly we have an art museum here in town, but I've never gone. I grew up in Philadelphia, so I've been to THE Art Museum.

Your work sounds very cool...I'm not sure what a bellycast maker is, but such a name!

I work at the Walker, the flaky kid sister-museum of the Minneapolis Institute. I grumble about it...a lot:)

Go to www.bellycast.com. That'll give you a pretty good idea of it! I've only done 3 so far, but it's pretty fun! I think we all grumble about our jobs, no matter how much we might like them.
